Who is SoloSuds for?
SoloSuds is built for independent house cleaners who manage residential clients from an iPhone. Keep each client’s notes, recurring cleaning schedule, checklists, invoices, and visit records together. Records remain available on your device, with optional iCloud sync across your devices using the same Apple Account. SoloSuds does not provide a shared team dashboard.
Can I use SoloSuds offline?
Yes. Client notes, schedules, cleaning checklists, invoice creation, and visit records work on your device without cell service. iCloud sync, sending messages, sharing files through online services, and purchasing or restoring a subscription require the relevant connection.
Is SoloSuds free, and which iPhones does it support?
SoloSuds requires iOS 17 or later and a paid monthly or annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers can start with a 14-day free trial; there is no permanent free plan. See subscription pricing.
Does SoloSuds optimize my route or calculate travel time?
No. You choose the order of your day. A Drive to action can open Apple Maps for a client address.
Does SoloSuds automatically send texts or invoices?
No. It can open a prefilled reminder draft in Messages and generate a PDF invoice. You review and choose whether to send or share either one.
Does SoloSuds support iCloud and backups?
Yes. You can turn on optional iCloud sync to keep saved records available across your devices using the same Apple Account. Records remain available offline. You can also export and restore a backup, choosing iCloud Drive or another location in Files. No separate SoloSuds account is required.
Can I track paid invoices and mileage?
Yes. You can mark invoices paid or unpaid, see monthly totals, and enter mileage with a visit. SoloSuds is a recordkeeping tool, not tax or accounting advice.
