Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

1. The short version

SoloSuds is designed to keep the core records you enter on your device. SoloSuds does not provide a SoloSuds account or cloud backend for your client records, schedules, checklists, visits, invoices, photos, or mileage. We do not sell the information you enter in the app or use it for advertising.

2. Information you choose to enter

You may enter business details, client names, addresses, phone numbers, rates, house notes, appointment information, checklist items, visit records, photos, mileage, and invoice information. This information is used on your device to provide the features you choose to use. It is not sent to a SoloSuds server because the app does not operate one for this data.

You are responsible for making sure you have a lawful basis to store and use information about your clients. Do not enter information you are not authorized to have, and take particular care with access instructions, alarm codes, contact details, and photos.

3. Accounts, analytics, and advertising

SoloSuds does not require a SoloSuds account. The current app does not include a SoloSuds cloud sync service, advertising SDK, or third-party analytics SDK for your business records. If this changes, we will update this policy and the applicable App Store privacy information before the change is released.

4. Purchases and Apple services

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may handle transaction and account information under its own terms and privacy policy. SoloSuds does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

If you choose to open Apple Maps, Messages, or the iOS share sheet, the information you decide to send, save, or share is handled by the service or recipient you select. SoloSuds prepares a direction, reminder draft, or PDF only when you request it; you choose whether to act on it.

5. Storage, backups, and deletion

Your records are stored locally using your device. SoloSuds does not run a SoloSuds cloud backup. Device backups, device security, and any backup or restore behavior available through Apple are controlled by you and Apple’s settings.

You can remove information in the app where a deletion control is available, or delete the app to remove its locally stored data. Deleting the app or losing access to a device may permanently remove data. Check any device backup you choose to use before relying on deletion as a complete backup-management method.

6. Contact and feedback

If you email us for support or feedback, we receive the information you choose to put in that message so we can respond. Please do not include client names, addresses, phone numbers, access codes, photos, invoices, or other client information in support email unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

For privacy questions or deletion requests about support correspondence, contact solosuds@felbergstudio.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes to how app information is handled will be described before the related release where required.
