These terms govern your use of Titre. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose
Titre is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the French government, France Éducation international, or any examination provider. Titre does not guarantee an exam result, residence permit, or citizenship decision.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the current official requirements, exam format, registration deadlines, and information that apply to your situation. Use Titre lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through the App Store. Prices, billing periods, free trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown before purchase and are managed through your Apple ID under Apple’s applicable terms. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, an auto-renewing subscription may renew automatically.
Content and intellectual property
Titre and its original content, design, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app for your own exam preparation.
Availability and updates
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep study material useful and accurate, but official requirements and exam formats can change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titre is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by exam or government authorities.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Titre.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Titre evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
