We use your data to provide and improve the Springlog service, personalize your workout tracking experience, generate progress analytics, and communicate with you about product updates. Your data helps us understand how students use spring tracking across different studios and equipment brands.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app, or when required by law. With your permission, workout data can be shared with your instructor through our Instructor Sync feature.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
