Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

You do not need to create an account, provide an email, or give us your name to use Flowcraft. The app works on your device without connecting to a Flowcraft account system. Flowcraft does not send your app usage or device information to us and does not include an analytics or advertising SDK.

2. How we use your information

Your plans, exercises, and teaching notes are used on your device to provide the features you choose. If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include so we can reply. Please avoid sending private client information. We do not sell your information.

3. Your plans and notes

Your saved plans, custom exercises, and notes are stored on your device. If your version offers optional iCloud sync and you enable it, records also sync through your private Apple iCloud account. We do not operate a server for these records.

4. Sharing and Apple services

We do not send your plans or notes to advertisers or analytics services. When you choose to share a plan or export a file, you control its destination. Apple processes App Store purchases and any device diagnostics you choose to share under Apple’s settings and privacy policy; these are separate from app usage reporting by Flowcraft.

5. Your rights

There is no Flowcraft account to delete. You can manage your records in the app; deleting the app removes its locally stored data. Deleting the app does not necessarily remove copies you exported, device backups, or records already in iCloud. Manage those copies separately through the service you chose.
