1. Not medical advice

Estra is a journaling tool, not a medical device. Insights are generated from data you enter yourself and should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting or adjusting hormone replacement therapy.

2. Using Estra

You must be 18 or older to use Estra. You agree to use the app only for your own personal health journaling and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the service.

3. Your content

Everything you write in Estra belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your journal entries, symptom logs, or dose records, and we do not use them to train models or build advertising profiles.

4. Subscriptions

Optional paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are managed in your store account. Cancellation and refunds follow the policies of the store you purchased through.

5. Availability

We work to keep Estra available and accurate, but the app is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app.
