Our position

Health data is among the most personal information there is. Estra is built so that your symptom logs, dose records, and journal entries stay with you.

What we store

Your journal content is stored on your device. If you turn on backup, it is encrypted before it leaves your phone. We hold only the minimal identifiers needed to sync across your own devices.

What we never do

We do not sell, lease, or share your individual health data with advertisers, data brokers, insurers, or pharmaceutical companies. We do not use your entries for advertising profiles.

Sharing with your doctor

Reports are generated on your device and shared only when you choose to export or send them.

Your controls

You can export your full history or permanently delete it from within the app at any time. Deleting your data also removes any encrypted backup we hold.
